A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking date.
For groups of 40 or less there will be a $100.00 room rental fee if party wishes to be private on a Friday or Saturday evening.
All breakfasts and luncheons will have a $25.00 room charge.
A maximum of three entrees may be chosen. Order and tentative guest count must be placed 10 days prior to the party date. A confirmed attendance must be made 48 hours prior to your party. No cancellations will be accepted after this time.
Please bring a list of dinners ordered with you, as guest sometimes forget what they have ordered. If extra dinners are required to accommodate, you will be charged for these extra meals in addition to the pre-ordered dinners.
No food, snacks, or beverages may be brought into Rockwell’s Red Lion Restaurant.
One check will be presented at the conclusion of you banquet. 7% sales tax and an 18% gratuity will be added to your check.

Parties must conclude by 10:30 p.m. Monday thru Thursday and by 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, with a 4 hour maximum.
A $10.00 per half hour charge will apply for additional time.
Saturday luncheons must start by 12:30 p.m. and conclude by 4:00 p.m.
Sunday luncheons must start by 1:00 p.m. and conclude by 4:30 p.m.
Feel free to decorate as you would like. Rockwell’s provides candles for the tables. No confetti type decorations are permitted. |
